We make no warranty that the Simply Doable Yoga Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. 

We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Simply Doable Yoga Website.

By setting up a free trial or a subscription,  I (you the customer) understand that exercise (yoga etc.), diet and holistic lifestyle coaching is not intended as diagnosis, prescription, treatment or cure for any disease and is not intended as a substitute for regular medical care.

I (you the customer/ user) hereby indemnify Simply Doable Yoga/ Castleford-yoga and Mpower-fitness and its operators, agents, employees, consultants and advisors against any claim, cost, damages in respect of any action brought by me or by my personal representatives in respect of the use of equipment or participation in physical exercise at the online studio, or recommendations made by any member of Simply Doable Yoga/ Castleford-yoga or Mpower-fitness.

You confirm that you do not have any health condition that strenuous exercise could make worse.

You understand that our teachers are not medically trained or able to to monitor your health during exercise in the online studio.

You agree to contact your doctor for any questions about your ability to exercise safely.

Personal programs are for your recreational use only.
