Frequently Asked
Is the Free trial really free?
What if I can't do anything in the videos?
There are so many different videos with different levels and approaches I am sure you can find something that works for you. Drop me a line if you get stuck, I’ll try to help you make things work for you. If you then still can’t get into a practice you can cancel your subscription via your dashboard any time.
Can I have private classes with you online?
Yes, I offer live stream private session for anyone who would like some extra guidance with their practice and help to work around any curious health issues. There is nearly always a solution to the problem you experience, let’s find it together and get your comfy.
What do I do if I have pain during my online practice?
First of all, let me tell you that yoga and any form of exercise really shouldn’t hurt. Things can be uncomfortable or hard work, challenging physically or mentally but they should not hurt. You don’t have to do all the poses in a video, feel free to skip things and try again next time. Always listen to your body. If you feel worried ask your doctor about it. Ask for help via the contact form and I’ll try to suggest a different way of getting the same benefit. I am here to help you make this work.
How long does it take to learn the basics?
If you practice even just once a week you will see progress in a month or two. The more regular your practice the more comfortable you will get in your practice and your body’s abilities. Health and fitness are a whole life commitment, slow and steady wins the race. Give yourself time to develop this new habit into something that is sustainable long terms and you’ll never look back. I am here with you for the journey, get in touch for additional support.
