How to get the most out of your online classes
I want you to succeed no matter where you are starting from. If you are unsure at all which video would suit your situation please drop me an email and introduce yourself and I'll send you some personal recommendations.
Choose a video
Visit the video library page. Use the filter menu to search by length, type of practice or level. Alternatively, you can search for words such as "Back" or "Warrior 2" or "Breathing".
Send your practice report
When you have finished your video practice, take a couple of minutes to email your practice report in I'll be sure to reply with an encouraging message and answer any questions that might have come up.
Request new videos
Since every person has different needs it is a challenge to make all videos applicable for as many people as possible - I am doing my best. Let me know what your challenges are and I will take them into account when creating new content.

To me, yoga is not about being able to perform fancy extreme postures, but to be able to find peace and comfort in doable postures that may not be comfortable when you first try them.
All you need is your body and the willingness to explore it exactly how it is in that moment. If something improves over time, great, having practiced mindfully you will notice the change and with that can celebrate your achievement. Yoga and exercise should never hurt!
