Who knew that  a passionate fitness instructor with a heath condition that stiffens  the spine and joints called Ankylosing Spondylitis would be able to  help others find how to make yoga work for them?

How to get the most out of your online classes

I want you to succeed no matter where you are starting from. If you are unsure at all which video would suit your situation please drop me an email and introduce yourself and I'll send you some personal recommendations. 

Choose a video

Visit the video library page. Use the filter menu to search by length, type of practice or level. Alternatively, you can search for words such as "Back" or "Warrior 2" or "Breathing".

Send your practice report

When you have finished your video practice, take a couple of minutes to email your practice report in I'll be sure to reply with an encouraging message and answer any questions that might have come up.

Request new videos

Since every person has different needs it is a challenge to make all videos applicable for as many people as possible - I am doing my best. Let me know what your challenges are and I will take them into account when creating new content.

A slow-paced course designed to help rehabilitate chronic back pain from the ground up using Pilates, Hanna somatics and Yoga exercises.

Often the pain is not originating in the location where it is experienced.
